A natural-born networker, Katie thrives on connecting people, so it was only natural that her career has been dedicated to doing that in the form of business development, sales, and account management for more than 22 years.


Her true strength comes from being able to get to the core of what makes you and your business special and working to create long-lasting meaningful relationships that generate win-win-win situations.



With many years working in trades, hospitality, and recruitment, Katie brings a wealth of experience and connections that can benefit any B2B business that is ready to take things up a level.

Origins of Core Centric Group

After building her career on successful sales and business development, Katie knew the difference that the right relationships and consistent strategy can make to a business’s growth and success. One thing that stood out though, was the gap between needing sales support and being ready to hire someone full time. That’s when the idea of Core Centric Group’s contract business development services came about. After talking it through with her close friends and letting the idea marinate for a year or two, she finally decided to take the plunge and launch her own business.


One of the key motivators in doing so was to have the flexibility to be there for her family as a Mum of 5. Katie wanted to show her kids that you can live true to your values, achieve your goals, and still have a healthy life/work balance – something she encourages and supports her clients in doing too!
